US1 A/C Self Storage was sold by 3602 NFHB LLC, a Boca Raton company owned by Thomas McCormack and Charles Highley, to SST II 3101 Federal Hwy LLC, a subsidiary of Strategic Storage Trust II, a public, non-traded REIT in Ladera Ranch, California. The building totals 103,392 square feet.
The price equates to $173 per square foot.
