A Canadian company paid $15 million for the Best Western on the Bay Inn & Marina and the Shuckers Waterfront Grill in North Bay Village.
Inn on North Bay Ltd., managed by Charles G. Grentner, sold the property at 1819 and 1855 79th Street Causeway along Biscayne Bay to North Bay Village Holdings, an affiliate of Montreal-based Jesta Group.
