A 92-year-old office building in downtown Miami that supports the county courthouse was acquired for $22 million.
Courthouse Realty Corp., managed by Salomon Terner, sold the four-story, 56,205-square-foot building at 22 N.W. 1st Street to Courthouse East Acquisitions, managed by David Aaron in Miami Beach. Coral Gables-based BAC Florida Bank provided a $13.2 million loan to the buyer.
The price equates to $391 per square feet.
