Biscayne Beach condo tower tops off in Edgewater

Biscayne Beach in Edgewater Plaza Construction has topped off construction of Biscayne Beach, a 52-story tower in Edgewater. Domestic buyers, as well as those from Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Italy, Kuwait, France, Turkey and Spain, have condo units under contract at the 391-unit tower, according to a spokesperson.
